Frequent Customer Program

This is a special program for those of you who regularly make purchases as our way of thanking you for your support. If your name is in our computer and you are an active customer, you are in this program.

We will keep track in our computer of each regular in-store purchase you make. This program does not apply to purchases made by mail or online.

A purchase of regularly-priced merchandise needs to be made at least every six months to keep your account active. If you have not purchased non-discounted merchandise for a period of longer than 6 months, come in and get your account re-activated by making a purchase and then you will be eligible to use coupons and credits on subsequent visits.

You earn a $20 credit for each $200 you spend (sale and discounted items are not included). Credits can be used on a subsequent visit on in-store, regularly-priced merchandise only and not on special orders (although items purchased at regular prices will count toward your store credits).

Credits cannot be used on mail order purchases (although items purchased will count toward your store credits). You need to redeem your credits in person.

Your credits cannot be transferred to other people and are not redeemable for cash.

Credits need to be used in $20 increments (you can't use portions of credits) and you may use one credit per day.

Happy Birthday Program
When you are an active member of our Frequent Customer Program, we invite you to come in and purchase any single wood-mounted stamp, punch, or single color inkpad of your choice for 30% off. You need to use this within your birthday month. This is for in-store, non-sale merchandise only.
Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates of any amount are available in the store or by phone with a credit card.

If you order the Gift Certificate by phone, we will mail the Gift Certificate to you or hold it in the store until the recipient comes in to use it.

Gift Certificates do not have to be used up all at once.
Special Orders and Special Requests

We will do special orders for customers who are in our Frequent Customer Program. At the time you ask us to special order something, we will tell you approximately how long it will take and we may ask for a deposit or prepayment. Please be aware that when we order something for you, we almost always need to do a sizeable order from that company to meet their minimum requirements as to quantity and dollar amount. In other words, we can't order just one stamp from our vendors. We are ordering regularly from many of our vendors and meeting their minimums is generally not a problem, but special order requests from "less frequently ordered-from companies" can result in a longer wait for you. We will be as realistic with you as possible.

We will do special requests for customers who want us to let them know when something they would like to buy or see comes in. Leave your phone number or email address and we will contact you. At that time, we can make arrangements to hold the item for you if you wish.

Special Orders and Special Requests can be held for no longer than 2 weeks after you're notified unless other arrangements are made. Prepaid items can be held as long as you need us to or mailed to you.
White Swan Newsletters and Stamp eLerts
The place to sign up is at the left hand side of our website under the page tabs. You can also update, change or remove your email address. Find out what's new and get the latest on new products, classes, and new arrivals delivered to you by email. We generally send out one Newsletter a month and eLerts as needed to let you know of special arrivals of products or classes.
