We are going to get our online store going within the next few months--probably around the beginning of next year (which is not very far away!). I have had so many phone calls and emails from the customers we had to move away from on the east coast and, as I told you at the time, I would get an online store set up for you because I understood that you were left with very few options when we moved. Many, many of you have continued to order from us by just phoning or emailing, and we greatly appreciate your purchases; our new online store will make it a lot easier for you to see what we have in the store and what we can get for you--far more than we could ever fit into the store. I will be using our blog, Winging it with White Swan, to tell you about my new wild ideas, new products, tips and resources--and lots of pictures of what I'm working on. I'll try to make it as close as possible to what it was like to come into the store. Our computer system still contains the records of all of your purchases and I will work on a way for you to continue to accumulate and use your store credits. Click on Special Programs if you need to refresh your memory about our customer rewards program. We will modify the rules to include online customers. Of course, the online store will not be for just our east coast customers. Anyone can order from us and if you're local, you can arrange to pick your purchase up at the store and save on shipping.

It's their spam filters that are causing the problem. If you have given us a Cableone email address and you are not getting our emails, they are probably in your junk mail folder unless you tell Cableone they are safe, or you may want to give us another email address such as Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo, etc. to use instead. You can just enter it in the email signup box at the left. That's all there is to it!
